I am an independent documentary filmmaker traveling the globe to capture inspiring human stories and ancient knowledge rediscovered by modern science. My work focuses on healing the relationship we have with ourselves and restoring the bond between humanity and the natural world.Documentary filmmaking is a slow and thoughtful process that does not fit into a social media feed,
therefore I created the Filmmaker's Journal to build a quiet and direct channel with my audience, free from algorithms and noise.Once a month, I share my work through personal essays, and in this journal you will find:
• Reflections on the craft: Personal insights on the reality of being a creator and how the themes of my films, such as philosophy, nature, and psychology, shape my daily life.
• Behind the lens: Technical and creative challenges of filmmaking, from building images and sounds to sharing deleted scenes and raw interview fragments.
• Research and discoveries: Interesting facts and scientific findings gathered during my research. If you would like to follow my process and support independent documentary filmmaking, I invite you to join the Filmmaker's Journal.
You can read some of my personal essays on Substack:
I am currently working on People Close to Nature, a series about individuals and the spaces they create.
It documents people who live on their own terms, following their own paths in harmony with Nature.Through these stories, I explore the human relationship with the living world and how deep our awareness can reach.
By observing these lives, we see different ways of caring for the body, the mind, and the spirit,
and how a close bond with Nature affects our health and fulfillment.
